Delivery policy

1. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will produce is as soon as possible and ship the item to you accordingly. If one of the items in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. We will ship you the rest of your order when that item becomes available.

2. Upon confirmation of payment, your ordered product/s will be shipped within 2 business days. All items available in this online store are produced in and shipped from Slovakia. 

  • Orders from Slovakia and the Czech Republic will be delivered within 3-5 business days. 
  • Orders from the rest of the European countries will be delivered within 5-12 business days. 
  • For international tracked shipments, expect a 12-21 business day delivery time.

A tracking code will be sent to you to the email you registered with. 

3. MUUF will not be held responsible for lost goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided. Should your package not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact us at

4. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location.

5. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

6. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties.

7. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
